Lele said that the team management has repeatedly asked for Yuvraj Singh. "Look at his record. He is a big failure, but he has the same sponsors as Mr. Saurav Ganguly, so the captain wants to play him in every game."
Homely atmosphere at the team hotel seems like a nice idea. How does printing the flag of India on match tickets qualify? Perhaps PCB thought tickets with flags sell better. After all majority of the fans believe it is a contest between nations and PCB is just cashing on that belief. Again, I don thave any problem with that. Even in India, we are allowed to display the flag anywhere as long as we dont disrespect it. So if someone in Pakistan uses the Indian flag in a non-disrespectful way, I dont think Indian government will have much problem with that.

Selection panel chief Kiran More, while talking to the media after the team announcement in Mumbai, had clearly stated that inclusion in the 16-strong squad did not guarantee anyone the right to expect automatic inclusion in the playing eleven.
The irrepressible Jaywant Lele has hit out at the national cricket selectors and the team management in South Africa for continuing to ignore the claims of Nayan Mongia and has also taken a pot-shot at Indian captain Saurav Ganguly for allegedly insisting on the inclusion of Yuvraj Singh because of commerical interests.
